To register your pet with the City of Neenah, please complete the form below. Each pet will need to be individually registered. Once the form is submitted and paid, please allow 5-10 business days for your registration tag to be delivered via mail to the address indicated on the form. If you have questions, please call the Treasurer's office at 920-886-6144.
